# Common Issues

### **You lack the required entitlement to ...**

Just restart your server, and don't forget to put ensure (start) to server.cfg

### **Failed to verify protected resource ...**

Delete existing one and reupload script again. It means your upload is corrupted

### **I haven't got my customer perm on discord**

{% endhint %}

Use /tebex:claim command in discord tebex-claim channel. If you couldn't take your discord perm open ticket and provide your transaction ID
